Measures of Environmental Protection for A Steel Tube Factory

With higher environmental consciousness raised in China recent years, the Central Ecological Environmental Protection Inspection Team went to various regions to strictly investigate the environmental protection issues of production factories, especially heavy industry. The steel tube plants are a vital member of inspection.

Today, we will show themthroughthe following FOUR aspects. 

1. Exhaust fumes

Exhaust fumes are all filtered and meet national standards before it is exhausted to prevent air pollution. The pickling workshop are equipped with professional filter tower to ensure that the acid mist released by pickling liquid is filtered. The heat treatment furnace uses natural gas which is the least polluting fossil and released exhaust fumes, releasing dust and other particulates are all filtered and purified by professional filter equipment.

2. Waste water

In recent years, numerous factories have been shut down because of leaking industrial waste water into river. This caused serious water pollution. How to deal with industrial waste water is the top priority of environmental protection. Our pickling workshop has 5 layers of anti-leakage floors to prevent leaking any drop of waste water and waste acid. All the waste water outflows has to be filtered through automatic sewage processor. The first half-hour rain also needs to be collected into a specific poor and then to be filtered before released. The water coming out from automatic sewage processor can be re-used.

3. Hazardous Substances

Hazardous substances cannot be discarded at will and are all handed over to the government-designated environmental protection unit for special treatment. Hazardous wastes, such as iron filings, phosphating residuals, and acid waste in pickled tanks, are all piled up at designated locations and transported to the environmental protection unit, which supervised by the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

4. Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA)

We have raised environmental consciousness since start of business. We actively follows various EIA procedures and invests in environmental protection equipment a lot every year. We strictly pass the national environmental protection test and meet all the environmental impact assessment parameters. We not only conduct self-inspections, but we are also regularly checked by independent third parties.
